Acceptable Use Policy

Last updated: June 8, 2026

This is a starting-template document and not legal advice. It will be reviewed by counsel before any dispute. By using lastplayed.io you accept these terms as written.

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") applies to everything you publish or do on lastplayed.io — your handle, display name, profile content, and the artwork and listening data surfaced through it. It is part of our Terms of Service.

You may not

  • Post, link to, or surface content that is illegal under applicable law, or that facilitates illegal activity.
  • Post, link to, or surface child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any content that sexually exploits or endangers a minor. We report apparent CSAM to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) as required by law.
  • Harass, bully, threaten, or incite violence against any person or group, or post content intended to demean or target a real person.
  • Impersonate another person, brand, or organization, or misrepresent your identity or affiliation — including via your handle, display name, or profile.
  • Post hateful content that attacks people based on race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, disability, disease, age, sexual orientation, gender, or gender identity.
  • Post sexually explicit, gratuitously violent, or otherwise obscene content.
  • Infringe anyone's intellectual property, publicity, or privacy rights (see our DMCA notice for copyright claims).
  • Use the Service to publish another person's private information ("doxxing") or to deceive, defraud, or mislead others.
  • Attempt to break, overload, scrape at scale, reverse-engineer, or circumvent the security or rate limits of the Service.
  • Use the Service to distribute malware, spam, or unsolicited promotional content.

Enforcement

Content that violates this policy may be hidden, removed, or have the underlying account suspended or terminated, with or without notice. Where the law requires us to preserve material before removing it — most importantly suspected CSAM — we will preserve and report it first. We may report illegal activity to law enforcement.

Reporting a violation

If you see something on lastplayed.io that violates this policy, email [email protected] with the profile URL and a short description of the problem. Copyright owners should follow the DMCA process instead.
